A judge at the Fier Court has reported Arben Isufaj, known as 'Ben Qimja', for intimidation.
According to the Police, it is learned that the judge was threatened by the 55-year-old man on February 12, 2025, and a few days later, on February 17, the judge filed a report.
Meanwhile, the police have conducted searches in his apartment, where a pistol, police vest and official documents were found, while 'Ben Qimja' himself was not found in the apartment, writes A2 CNN.
This has led to the 55-year-old being declared wanted for the criminal offenses of "Threat to a judge" and "Unlicensed production and possession of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition."

Fier-Intensive investigative and police actions, on the case of intimidation of a judge of the Fier Court, reported by the judge, to the Fier Prosecutor's Office, on 17.02.2025.
Searches are being conducted on premises and vehicles owned by the citizen wanted as the perpetrator of this case.
Found and seized: 1 firearm, 1 pair of foreign license plates, a multifunctional police vest, 2 DVR devices, 6 cell phones and official documents.
Following the actions, several citizens (related to the wanted citizen) are escorted to the Police premises.
In accordance with the decision of 19.02.2025, of the Fier Court, the Fier Police and "RENEA" have conducted searches in apartments, premises and vehicles, owned by citizen AI, 55 years old, resident of the "Sheq i Madh" neighborhood, who was reported to the Fier Prosecutor's Office by a judge of the Fier Court, for threats committed on 12.02.2025.
The 55-year-old is wanted for the criminal offenses of "Threat to a judge" and "Unlicensed production and possession of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition."
In order to fully investigate the case, the Police have seized items that will serve the investigation, and have escorted citizens related to citizen AI.
Fier Police informs that intensive checks are being carried out to capture the 55-year-old, as well as to fully document his criminal liability, for this case in which a member of the Fier Court violated his duty.
