A 42-year-old convict died this Monday in the regional hospital of Shkodra.
Gjevalin Lika, it is reported that he died as a result of a cardiac arrest. He was urgently accompanied to the hospital after receiving first aid from the health service of IEVP Lezhë.
In 2015, he was arrested for domestic violence and was kept under compulsory medical measure, determined by the Court of Tirana.
