Biological DNA results obtained from items found after the attack in Lund two weeks ago that left 4 people injured have not helped investigators uncover the identity of the perpetrators. The DNA results are being compared with those of suspects with criminal records.
But from preliminary verifications, sources explain that this has not helped investigators come up with concrete names of the assailants who fired a volley of Kalashnikovs at the luxury vehicle in which the wounded were traveling, among whom were the two minor children of the owner of a private security company.
The investigative group suspects that the perpetrators have confused the target and the target was the wife of Roan Brahimi, who was killed last year in Greece and whose father, Gjovalin Prendi, was executed in Lezha an hour before the assassination attempt in Lundë.
Even in the murder of the 64-year-old man, the police have not been able to provide any valid evidence to solve the case. Investigators are expected to re-interrogate the victim's family members, whose statements may be valuable to them. (A2 Televizion)
