Tirana police have arrested a 37-year-old man, who was caught with a pistol with a cartridge in the chamber, ready to use it, writes A2 CNN.
"During the operation, in Astir, the Police services caught citizen DS red-handed while moving on foot, with 1 firearm, a pistol with a cartridge in the chamber, which he was carrying in his bag. Following the actions, the pistol was seized and citizen DS, 37 years old, resident of Lezha, previously convicted of theft, was arrested," the police said.
The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, for further action, for the criminal offense "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition". (A2 Televizion)
