Keeping a minor in his apartment by force and pressure has cost a 27-year-old man in the capital dearly.
The young man from Tirana was handcuffed by the police and a knife was also seized at the time of his arrest.
"Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Station No. 3 arrested citizen E. Gj., 27 years old, for allegedly keeping a 15-year-old girl in his apartment, against her will, and also sexually harassing her. During the physical search, a cutting tool (knife) was found on the arrested person," the police announced. (A2 Televizion)
