Today, the suspected author of the murder of 33-year-old Branko Shkoza in Durrës, Majlind Habibi, appeared before the court to familiarize himself with the security measure.
The 35-year-old must have changed his attitude this time regarding the incident, saying that he is not the author of Branko Shkoza's murder.
He even said that in his first testimony he admitted to the crime, after he was raped by the police officers.
"On the 27th, I was on vacation and I met him not coming to the neighborhood bar. I'm a family man, I'm innocent, I accepted it in vain, I'm a troublemaker, I have a 4-year-old son and a pregnant wife. Madam judge, I was abused and I have admitted the crime. The bride with her son and pregnant woman ran away from me, she left me out of fear", said Habibi.
Earlier, Habibi said that the incident happened after the author had harassed his wife, in the heat of the moment during a conflict.
Meanwhile, the Court of Durrës has left Majlind Habib in 'prison arrest'. We recall that the incident took place in Durres Hospital, where Habibi allegedly pushed the victim off a bridge, where he died. (A2 Televizion)
