The capital's police have arrested 3 people, including a police officer, for yesterday's match held in Tirana between Albania and Serbia at Air Albania. Two of the arrested are accused of disturbing the peace and order, as well as throwing hard objects on the field, while the 45-year-old officer was found taking money from two Kosovo citizens to avoid their physical control.
"The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Police Commissariat No. 1 arrested in flagrante delicto citizens DI, 31 years old, and J. Ll., 29 years old, and proceeded at large 10 other citizens, for disturbing the peace and throwing hard objects on the field, during the football match between "Albania and Serbia", at the "Arena Kombëtare" stadium. Also, following the actions, citizen B. Ç., 45 years old (SHRSF employee) was arrested, after he was found taking money from 2 Kosovo citizens with the aim of avoiding their physical control. The two Kosovo citizens were also proceeded at large", the Police announced.
