The Fier Judicial District Prosecutor's Office has ordered the arrest in flagrante delicto of citizen Xhezmi Haliti, an employee of the Gradishte electrical substation, and Arben Presheva, an electrician, writes A2 CNN.
According to the Prosecutor's Office, these two people have not implemented the protection protocol and the implementation of technical rules at work.
