A masked person placed a quantity of TNT in the early hours of this Thursday morning, on the garage door of a car owned by Elvis Kosova. The 39-year-old, known as "Visi i garave", or "Visi i machina të spëta" is a name known to the police and a person with a criminal record.
Fortunately, no one was injured in the explosion, but four vehicles parked on the street were damaged. When questioned by the investigation team, Kosova stated that he had no conflicts with anyone.
Security cameras have shown that the perpetrator is a single, masked person. After setting off the explosives, he leaves on foot. Police suspect that the explosion may be a warning or threatening message to the 39-year-old due to his possible conflicts with other people.
Elvis Kosova was released from prison a few days ago, after being arrested in August last year for stealing an Audi R8 worth around 200 thousand euros. This car was originally brought from Germany by a Turkish citizen, who was also arrested, and was then appropriated by Kosovo through manipulation. (A2 Televizion)
