The hearing on the "Partizani" file is postponed to April 4th

The Special Court postpones the next session for the "Partizani" file to April 4, writes A2 CNN. In today's session, the court was acquainted with the claims of the defense of two commercial companies, which are defendants as legal entities in the process. In the next session, SPAK prosecutors will present objections to the claims of the lawyers and then the court will withdraw for a decision.

Sali Berisha is accused of passive corruption because, according to SPAK, he took concrete actions in approving laws and bylaws to adapt them to the needs of the five owner families in the Partizani sports complex, where his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi, was also a beneficiary.

Jamarbër Malltezi is accused of passive corruption, committed in collaboration with Sali Berisha after, in agreement with the latter, using his power, they privatized the Partizani complex that brought the family millions of euros in profits. Malltezi is also accused of money laundering.

Businessman Fatmir Bektashi is accused of active corruption, Xhimi Begeja, heir to the land, of money laundering, while Andia Pustina, the financier who carried out the financial and legal operations of "Homeplan", is also accused of money laundering. (A2 Televizion)
