The Shkodra Court has ordered the security measure of "prison arrest" for Izmir Sakica and Samuel Troshani, who surrendered to the police a few days ago. They were wanted for a fight that occurred in Shkodra last year.
Their lawyer, Sokol Tahiraj, stated that these two citizens are so far only suspected of the incident that occurred in the Rus neighborhood on June 3 last year, regarding the conflict with citizen Vladimir Bruçi, who was hit.
Tahiraj said that regarding other events, there has been no communication so far. "These are the official accusations so far, I don't know what's unofficial," he told reporters in Shkodra.
Sakica and Troshani are also suspected of being two of the perpetrators in what is known as the Dobraçi massacre, where Arlind Bushati and Hamza Lici were killed by gunfire, while Bashkim and Flutura Basha died after being hit by the two victims' car while they were riding a motorcycle at the time of the assassination.
