The murder of Egli Proga, the Korça Prosecution Office has closed the investigations on the 4 accused and is expected to make the communication to the Penitentiary Institution against the defendants today, who will then face the charges filed and the evidence collected by the investigators in court.
Denis Meçe is accused of intentional murder, while Leonidha Guçe, Voltan Shkulaku and Arjan Manellari are accused of actions that hinder the discovery of the truth and failure to report a crime.
Meanwhile, the investigation into abuse of power by police officers continues and the case has been separated.
Egli Proga, father of two, was killed on the evening of August 10 last year near the place called "Agjencia", at the roundabout, in neighborhood no. 2 in Pogradec.
