Ilaria Sula's murder, autopsy results 'derail' ex-boyfriend: She

Other serious details have emerged about the murder in Italy of 22-year-old Albanian woman, Ilaria Sula, by her Filipino ex-boyfriend.

According to foreign media, it is reported that after the autopsy results, it turned out that Mark Samson beat the Albanian student before killing him.

"A large hematoma, a wound attributed to a blow received in the arch of the left eyebrow, as if from a fist or with some object (the former is more likely)... another blow to the eye, one to the lip with some kind of wound and small scratches on the neck, not from strangulation, but as if it were a stab wound, plus four wounds on the neck, plus four others. She also had marks on her right forearm and above all a broken nail on her left hand, consistent with an attempt to defend herself," the autopsy results said, according to foreign media.

Mark's Lies

At the end of this long list of preliminary autopsy data, prosecutor Maria Perna asks Mark Samson the question that could rewrite the entire dynamics of Ilaria Sula's murder, far beyond the lies and evidence that have already emerged from the Squad's investigations: "Do you remember if there was any aggression, even mutual, before the knife wounds you inflicted on her neck? The confessed criminal assures that he did not do it, but once again gives a very unbelievable explanation: 'He may have received the wounds when he fell.'"

The suspicions that have been talked about so much, about the fact that the 22-year-old had gone to her ex's house to change her clothes and had stayed there to sleep before being hit, while waiting for breakfast in bed, are all here, in this passage that reinforces the alternative scenario. The investigations coordinated by the additional prosecutor Giuseppe Cascini are collecting new evidence: Ilaria had gone to via Homs to ask Mark for an explanation of why he had accessed her computer. This may have led to a conflict, in which the Sapienza student was certainly killed on the evening of March 25 and not on the morning of March 26, as Samson claims.

He lied about college.

The 23-year-old says he lost his temper because of the explicit messages that Ilaria was exchanging with another boy and that she had shown him without any problem, until she later grabbed the phone from his hand when she saw that he was getting nervous. But Samson had lied before about his university journey, hiding from Ilaria that he intended to abandon his studies in Architecture, where he had only taken one exam in three years, which had also influenced her decision to end the relationship.

'War'

But it doesn't end there, because by reconstructing those supposed moments of tension, Mark, in the same interrogation session to confirm the arrest before the investigating judge, shows himself reserved about another aspect that would further aggravate the already serious framework of the charges. "Did you have sexual relations?", he is asked and he does not answer. The prosecutor tries to bypass his silence, investigating his possible attempt to take him by force: "If it is true that she slept with you that night, why won't you answer about the issue of sexual relations?" He also warns him that this fact will come out anyway from the autopsy, but he repeats that he told the truth. The other point about which he chose to remain silent is the presence of his mother at home, but this lie has already been refuted after the woman admitted that she helped her son clean up the place.
