Tirana police have arrested two people, aged 51 and 39, in the act of stealing from a complex on "Fejzi Himzo" street in Tirana.
"The services of Police Commissariat No. 6, as a result of the work to prevent and crack down on criminal activities in the field of theft of property and wealth, to shed light on those that occurred previously, as well as to bring their perpetrators to criminal responsibility, have arrested in flagrante delicto citizens PM, 51 years old, and E. Ç., 39 years old, both residents of Tirana," the police announced.
During the operation, some of the stolen items were seized. Investigations revealed that the same individuals were also responsible for two other thefts, which occurred during March and April, at different locations in the capital. Amounts of money, electrical appliances, tools and alcoholic beverages were taken from these thefts.
The police are continuing their investigations to document other possible cases where these citizens may have been involved. The investigative materials have been referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further legal action. (A2 Televizion)
