The chairman of the Agrarian Environmentalist Party, Agron Duka, has stated that the 'ship' of Prime Minister Edi Rama's majority has many 'holes' and is 'sinking'.
Duka made the comments on 'Ditari i Pasdites' with journalist Bruna Çifligu on A2 CNN, where he said that SPAK has put senior SP officials behind bars and this, according to him, will also affect the May 11 elections.
He also added that there are many citizens who voted left in the last elections and are dissatisfied with the way the government is run, as according to him, people they did not vote for have taken advantage of their votes and even stolen them.
"The ship of these SP, the majority, is getting a lot of holes. Even with these holes, it is very difficult for this ship not to sink. In addition to those that SPAK has taken out there... We have ministers, former mayors, important people, administration that are these directors there in prison.
Now we are also seeing these other holes that were opened that are credible. SPAK, despite its flaws, despite the fact that the movement is a bit slow in some cases, has nevertheless done things that have been in the service of the Albanian people. I believe that these will also affect the vote on May 11.
Socialists who are fanatics, if only that mast was left up and the ship was sinking, they would stay at the mast. We are talking to people with reason. I don't believe that these leftists will be satisfied either. They see that people they did not vote for have taken advantage of their vote and have stolen it," said Duka, writes A2 CNN.
