The Secretary General of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, says that despite knowing that with Edi Rama there would be no free and fair elections, the opposition participated in them. “We have said it repeatedly, with Edi Rama there are no free and democratic elections. But we have a resolution of the National Assembly, that we prohibit the boycott. We entered this process and here we are today, with irrefutable facts and evidence, that a farce took place in Albania,” Noka said in “Off the Record” with Andrea Dangli on A2 CNN. “The preliminary OSCE/ODIHR report says “uneven conditions of competition”. From here the elections have fallen”.
According to Noka, the entire state was engaged in supporting the SP for May 11. "The arbitrator was transformed into an electoral state. From the simplest employee of the administration.
