The son-in-law of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has reacted after the head of government, Edi Rama, compared the leader of the Democrat Party to a barn owl today.
Through a post on social media, Jamarbër Malltezi stated that mice hate owls, thus characterizing members of Rama's government as such.
He further writes that the owl ensures that the population of thieves is reduced and does not get out of control.
Making this comparison, Malltezi says that government theft in Albania has gotten out of control, as according to him, 430 million euros have been stolen for an incinerator that does not exist, 140 million euros for a non-existent check, etc.
"Mice hate owls. The owl is a very important ecological species and has special protection status, being a keystone species and bioindicator for healthy habitats. It is called a cornerstone species because the owl ensures that the population of thieves is reduced and does not get out of control. If the owl were removed from the ecosystem, then mice and property robbers would flourish, as happened with €430 million for incinerators that do not exist, €140 million for non-existent check-ups, €90 million increasing the price of sterilizations 80-fold, etc.," Malltezi wrote, writes A2 CNN.
We recall that the comparison that Rama made to Berisha today came after the leading democrat warned the prime minister not to dare protest in front of the new justice institutions.
Having described the leader of the Democratic Party as a swamp owl for days, Rama, in a Facebook post, considered him a danger and enemy to diversity, who quenches hunger with reptiles and amphibians.
"The short-eared owl is a nest robber, which is also considered a danger to domestic birds. It lives among reptiles and amphibians, with which it also quenches its hunger. Its body accumulates pesticides and rodent poisons, which makes it poisonous itself. It is also considered a very hostile species to diversity," Rama wrote in a Facebook post.
Since the arrest and security measure against Mayor Erion Veliaj, Rama and Berisha have frequently responded with accusations and counter-accusations against each other. (A2 Televizion)
