Meanwhile, oil in Kosovo comes from Durres. It goes from Durres to Kosovo, where it is sold 40% cheaper. Why? I'll tell you why. Because the tax that the government takes on 1 liter of oil is absurd, it takes 1.1 euros. Whereas, every person who buys 1 liter of oil, the government has robbed them of 1.1 euros in tax. No, we will halve these. Who pays for this? "The citizens pay for it. Because the one who sells it doesn't pay anything. On the contrary, he sells and that's it. So we will halve these taxes and Albanians will buy oil at the same prices, plus or minus 10% that Macedonians, Kosovars, Montenegrins buy, and absolutely not a penny more.
