SPAK has announced that there is no incriminating material or criminal proceedings against the citizen Pandeli Majko, following the accusations of the chief democrat Sali Berisha who called the socialist deputy an electoral criminal.
"After the verifications carried out in the Register of Criminal Reports and the Register of Protocols in the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime, there is no incriminating material or criminal proceedings against the citizen Pandeli Majko", says the SPAK announcement for A2 CNN.
To show that he was clean after Berisha's accusations, Majko said that he was ready to strip himself of his parliamentary immunity, despite the fact that with the laws in force SPAK can investigate him even without this decision.
The deputy of the Socialist Party, Pandeli Majko, has also sent a letter to the State Information Service, after the accusations made by the leader of the Democrats, Sali Berisha, that he is being monitored by this institution.
When he asked for information on this matter, Majko wrote that the answer from SHISH must be returned within 15 days, otherwise he will inform the Prime Minister.
We remind you that on Monday Sali Berisha accused Pandeli Majko of electoral crimes, shortly after Edi Rama removed him from the political leadership of Kukës district.
The accusation seems to have "scratched" the political face of the socialist MP, who also knocked on Elisa Spiropali's office asking for help from the Speaker, with the aim of "cleansing" his image before going before the citizens of Tirana to ask for the vote. on May 11.
