The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has published today images and figures that, according to him, prove that the government issued 6,000 legalization permits for vote buying in violation of the electoral law.
During his speech in a statement to the media, Berisha said that the report of the Council of Europe delegation that observed the elections was a denunciation of what the former prime minister describes as an electoral farce.
Berisha also added that the Rama government used all kinds of methods to interfere and distort the May 11 election process, writes A2 CNN.

In Strasbourg, the report of the Council of Europe delegation that observed the elections, the interventions that were made, were a major new stigmatization of the electoral farce of May 11th.
The recommendations of this report, as I emphasized yesterday, are devastating.
