Sali Berisha chose the day of Fiter Bajrami to hold a roundtable discussion on the topic "Return young Albanians back to their homeland". In his speech, the democratic leader emphasized that the DP will be committed to a policy that will return young Albanians to Albania, wherever they are and work. According to him, in this campaign there are 58 candidates for the May 11 elections under the age of 40.

"Now we are in the election campaign and I have spoken with the leaders, and we understand that the face of our campaign should be your face, the image of our campaign should be your face and I think this is the best thing. This should be the best image that should be spread throughout the country. The most intensive work during these 40 days will be done by whom, because dynamism, your dynamism is vital and will show the true image of the DP. In this campaign, there are 58 candidates under the age of 40. This is the acceptable age to call someone young. We will be committed to a policy that will bring back young Albanians, wherever they are, wherever they work in the world, and if you look around the world today, the most famous among Albanians are the young."

Berisha brought up the example of Mira Murati and Dua Lipa as the most famous Albanians in the world.

"Let's take Mira Murat. She is the magician of artificial intelligence and Dua Lipa, perhaps the most beautiful voice on the world stage today."

According to the democratic leader, the idea of brain return was dictated by brain drain. He emphasized that young people will be a substantial part of the government.

"We faced a departure, a great exodus in recent years. In this context, for us, the return of Albanians has made it more difficult to communicate with them, it is of particular importance. In the years 2005-2013, when we started the administration, we had a total of 1.5 percent of employees who had graduated outside Albania and when we completed the brain return project, we ended up with 21 percent in the administration. More than 50 percent of them were added to the academic staff of universities, Albanians who came from different countries. Later, they were replaced by militants and patronageists, since they were very committed to their knowledge. I know many of them who have left and are working in other countries. But we should not be discouraged, but work so that things go better. What the department showed, working as an opposition, worked much better to get closer to young people and has the undisputed merit of getting closer to them. "Youth. These young people will be a substantial part of the next administration. They will be a substantial part of our governance and we really need the contribution of young people. That contribution is vital. The mission cannot be realized without your energy and dreams. And your dreams will give this country a future."
