The President of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, spoke today through an audio message from the detention cell where he is being held regarding several charges brought by SPAK.
Through the audio message, Meta states that the country is still 6 weeks away from the day of the victory of freedom over tyranny.
Meta also calls on the Freedom Party structures to multiply their work in all directions, to maximize the victory of the DP - ASHM coalition in the May 11 elections.
Meta, among other things, said that Edi Rama does not have an electoral program and according to him, today the prime minister presented the program stolen from the Democratic Party.
He also says that every day he tries to write 50-100 letters to PL members, friends and colleagues, in conditions that, according to him, are extremely isolating and where the lights go out from time to time.

Dear citizens, dear friends!
We are still 6 weeks away from May 11th, the day of the victory of freedom over tyranny.
The day of the victory of the program over power.
The day of the victory of the patriots over the mercenaries.
Victory Day for Albania, which produces and exports, and for Albania, which only imports.
After stealing Albanian taxes for 12 years with incinerators that don't exist and roads that collapse faster than they are inaugurated, like the one in Erseka and many others.
Left without a program, having exhausted all possible electoral frauds for 12 years, Edi Rama has now begun to steal the opposition's electoral promises, which he had been calling unachievable for months.
Impossible to engage in debates with political opponents.
Unable to appear at press conferences with independent journalists, as an obligation to citizens who demand transparency and accountability, the Chairman of the Organization has chosen to speak to himself through fabricated self-interviews.
And he is right to avoid real debate and accountability.
What does he have to say about the complete solution to the drinking water problem, within the first government term, when even today, after 12 years in power, most of the capital is without water and drinking water is no longer even a question.
What about the legalizations that he would have resolved in his first term, what will he say after 12 years?
What about free healthcare, which is 60% more expensive for Albanians, what can it mean?
Or about the medicines that are missing at the Oncology Department.
What about education, which he promised in his first term would increase the budget to 5% of GDP, while today it is at a miserable level of 2.3%, after 12 years, what can he say?
What about children being killed with knives in schoolyards, in the middle of Tirana, and no one is held accountable, what can you say?
Only because of his corruption and that of the Organization he leads, Albania has, after 12 years, the most scandalous level of revenue collection of up to 28% of GDP, while Bosnia, Montenegro, and Serbia manage to collect from 41 to 42.6% of GDP.
This 14% difference with the average of countries in our region is 3.3 billion euros per year or 13.2 billion euros in four years, that is, in one governing mandate, which is being robbed by Edi Rama and his Organization in taxes, customs, and everywhere else.
With this income, all the promises of the opposition are exceeded, but it also radically changes the social and economic situation for all Albanians, 50% of whom today live in official poverty.
Edi Rama, hiding from accountability, after 12 years, for all the opportunities he had at his disposal, today, surprisingly, promises what he does not have at his disposal.
Who is to blame for Edi Rama's decision to divert European Union funds for agriculture to an incinerator that does not exist and to his clients who are not involved in agricultural and livestock activities at all?
Who zeroed out European IPARD funds for agriculture?
Only the corruption of Edi Rama and his clients.
Why is Albania, in these 12 years, the last beneficiary country from projects financed by the European Union or the "Berlin Process" with the lowest level of disbursement and benefit?
Who closed the Ministry of European Integration in 2017, when Edi Rama alone took both the wheel and the pan?
Everyone knows that the integration joker, Edi Rama, closed it.
Who rejected the call and serious effort of the German Bundestag in June 2019, that Albania not hold local elections without the opposition, because it would lose the chance to open negotiations, simultaneously with North Macedonia, which had reached the historic Prespa Agreement.
Again, this rejection was made by the integration joker, because for Edi Rama, absolute power and absolute corruption are the only priority, while integration is the most insignificant thing.
Because his real project was and still is the "Open Balkans" that has ruined Albanian farmers and herders.
Who is to blame for Edi Rama's 8 years of single-handed leadership, which has halved the number of cattle and small animals and for the fact that agricultural production is plummeting?
Who is to blame for Edi Rama's decision that Albania, even after 12 years in power, exports only 8% of GDP, when neighboring North Macedonia exports 57%?
Meanwhile, Albanian exports continue their unstoppable decline due to the Narcoeuros, but also to the discriminatory climate towards domestic producers and productive and export investments.
Therefore, I am convinced that Albanians will vote for the opposition's program, which is very realistic and in the interest of the overwhelming majority of Albanians.
For the opposition program that aims to strengthen the household economy, but also the national economy in a sustainable and long-term manner.
The opposition is also the guarantor of the acceleration of European integration, because it has provided all the evidence for this.
Likewise, the Democratic Party is a member of the European People's Parties, which lead the European Union and will now take over the leadership of Germany.
The opposition also has the best experts on issues with the European Union, some of whom will also be in the next Parliament.

To acquaint Albanians with our program, which is also their salvation from oppression, bullying, and robbery by this irresponsible sect, which after eating and robbing Albanians' taxes for 12 years, is now eating itself in the most treacherous way.
