Celibashi explained: "For the postal service, we have had talks with the government and the ruling party, that for at least this process, the cost of the delivery and arrival of the mail in Albania will be paid by them. And it seems that we agree on this, since in the budget approved a few days ago in the Parliament, the budget for the postal fee, both for sending and for return, has been made available. But we need to legally change the Electoral Code for the ballot return service."
