"I would like to inform you that I have decided that in order to honor the name and the political, social and parliamentary contribution of two outstanding personalities, separated from life, two small halls in the premises of the building of the sessions of the Assembly, we named one Bashkim Fino and the other Gerti Bogdani.
Bashkim Fino, former Prime Minister of Albania, former minister and deputy of the Assembly for 6 legislatures, passed away in office, as a deputy of the Assembly.
