Democratic Party MP Flamur Noka attacked Taulant Balla amid tensions during the plenary session.
During the exchange of accusations, at one point, Balla addresses Sali Berisha, referring to Flamur Noka: "Take this, because he's crazy."
Noka lost control and rushed towards where Taulant Balla was standing. In the process, Noka threw a guard to the ground and then picked up a bottle of water and hit Balla with it.
Flamur Noka was excluded from the session.
