"When they say you're talking to yourself on Facebook that there's an internet problem and then the frogs jump up and spread their saliva across the swamp, telling the people they've gone crazy from the madness of the imaginary victory of the quacks," Rama writes in the post accompanying the reaction video.
"I'm very glad that that moment remained on Instagram because it's the moment that divides who is here with heart, just like those coaches who encourage the team, who fight for it, who hit their heads with their fists when the team doesn't score. On the other hand, I remembered the good omen of that axe. So they took out the axe, to tell Albanians not to vote for him because he's dangerous and don't vote for him. But, Albanians gave them the answer. Good luck for taking this out, because everyone gets angry with their phone. But, here it's not about the phone, but about passion for Albania, justice, democracy and Europe here in Albania," Rama says in the video.
