Belind Këlliçi commented on "Off the Record" by Andrea Danglli, on A2 CNN, also the accusations of some of the Democratic Party candidates, from the open lists, who claim that their votes were stolen by their colleagues from the ranks of the DP who won mandates in the May 11 elections.

Regarding the claims openly expressed by candidate Aulon Kalaja in the Durrës district and Lefter Maliqi in the Berat district, Këlliçi said that this shows democracy and freedom within the DP.

Këlliçi further warned any candidate from the ranks of the Democratic Party who has directed votes towards such schemes that have harmed colleagues within their political force, that they will be held accountable before the law.

"There is nothing serious in the DP. When the facts are established. A completely different situation occurred in the DP. There are certain candidates. I have followed Mr. Kalaja in his claims, and I have also seen Mr. Maliqi. They are free. They have sent a letter to the CEC to administer the film footage. They are within their rights, they will monitor the film footage, they will see if there was such a deformation or not. If there are counters, even from my political force, who have violated the law, let them be held accountable before the law. Whoever has touched a vote of a candidate, let them be held accountable before the law. And let all those counters learn that no one plays with the toil and sweat of any candidate. If this happens, it will again be a merit of the DP that gives its candidates the opportunity to pursue their right to the end, while in the SP there is a military unit that does not listen to anyone in front of the prime minister. If there is any political individual who has directed the commissioners or counters to carry out acts of "In such cases, that political individual should also be held accountable before the law, whether they are DP deputies or DP leaders. Whoever has affected a vote of a democrat, or any candidate, should be held accountable not morally, but politically and legally, all those who may have affected a candidate's vote," said Këlliçi in "Off the Record" by Andrea Danglli, on A2 CNN.

He also underlined that Sali Berisha, who is accused of being a dictator, unlike Edi Rama who forbade his own MPs from requesting footage of the counting process from the CEC, is leaving the DP candidates free to demand their right, by not interfering in this process.

"This shows the big difference between the DP and the party state and the electoral state of Edi Rama. About 10 days ago, I learned from the media about the request that three SP deputies, Blerina Gjylameti, Etilda Gjonaj and Xhemal Qefalia, had regarding the accusations they had of vote theft and distortion of the result by their colleagues. I have seen debates between SP candidates at the 'Vasil Shanto' school, etc. But I was impressed by the request of these three deputies, which was voiced and extinguished with a message on WhatsApp from the prime minister, who pulled their ear and told them that you cannot muddy the electoral process with accusations against each other. And this story came to an end. Edi Rama took away the right of his three deputies to request video footage to learn whether the votes were tampered with or not," declared Këlliçi in "Off the Record" by Andrea Danglli, on A2 CNN.
