The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, that of Kosovo, Albin Kurti and the two Speakers of the Assemblies, Elisa Spiropali and Glauk Konjufca, hold a meeting before the joint session between the two Parliaments. The Albanian ambassador to Kosovo, Petrit Malaj, was also present at the meeting.
Rama and Kurti arrived separately at the Kosovo Assembly building, while the Speaker of the Albanian Parliament, Elisa Spiropali, who first met with Konjufca, arrived before them.
In the joint session between the two Assemblies of Albania and Kosovo, Shaip Kamberi, the only Albanian deputy in the Parliament of Serbia, is present.
Albania and Kosovo convene today in Pristina the two assemblies, in a session with 130 deputies, including the two prime ministers Edi Rama and Albin Kurti. A2 CNN has revealed the agenda of discussions where the European future of both countries will be in focus.
The joint session is scheduled to start at 11:00 this morning, where after the performance of the National Anthems, the speakers will speak, whose discussion is scheduled to last 10 minutes. The two prime ministers of Kosovo and Albania, Kurti and Rama, will also speak for the same number of minutes. The leaders of the largest parliamentary groups will speak for 5 minutes, while the others will speak for 3 minutes.
This is the first time that the two assemblies hold a joint session in the Assembly of Kosovo. In this session, all the minority MPs living in Kosovo will be present, with the exception of those from the "Serbian List".
