The distribution of election materials has begun in several regions of Albania, as voting on the composition of the next Parliament is expected to take place tomorrow.
A2 CNN learns that a few hours before the distribution of election materials in Vlora, 5 groups created with OSCE-ODIHR representatives are observing the CEAZs and polling centers.
According to information, these groups will be in the city even on the day of the voting and vote counting process, writes A2 CNN.
OSCE-ODIHR teams will also observe the processes in the municipalities of Himara and Selenica, as well as in other municipalities at the regional level.
