In an interview with journalist Bruna Çifligu on A2 CNN, Democratic MP Flutura Açka summarized her parliamentary life in these 4 years and what needs to change in the Assembly that will emerge from the May 11 elections.
Among the developments she stopped was the clash she had with her two former colleagues, Flamur Noka and Gazmend Bardhi, on the Media Committee, adding that she still did not understand the bitterness of the leader of the democratic group.
"There are many people who have mentioned my name to me about what Flutura Açka has done? In fact, I have been in politics for 30 years and I have talked about it more than politicians. In parliament we bring politicians and not serious people. These 4 years in parliament were a beautiful experience that can affect the life of a writer. I regret that the party that I tried to give my name to, its entire fight was to remove Flutura from the committee chairmanship.
Did we make the lives of Albanians better? No. More Albanians left. That parliament does not produce happy people. I was very naive in that story. I am surprised that with Noka, because of the decision, the positions were clear. But Noka is more of a gentleman than my friend Bardhi, whose bitterness I do not understand, he had taken the group in September and burned the parliament.
