The General Secretary of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, has stated that if a technical government will be established on May 11 and free and fair elections will be held, PD will win over 60% of the votes.
Noka made the comments on the show 'Off the Record' with journalist Andrea Danglili on A2 CNN, where, as he was revolted, he publicly showed his middle finger to Prime Minister Edi Rama.
He also said that he was convinced that on May 11 the political rotation would happen.
