The capital's "Selman Stermasi" stadium will undergo a transformation, both the green field and the surrounding area. The government promises that in addition to the stadiums in Durres, there are also other sports academies besides Manchester City.
A few days before the official start of the electoral campaign, the government also paved the way for the transformation of the “Selman Stërmasi” stadium in the capital, developing the surrounding area. Such projects, both in Tirana and in Vlora, Durrës and Korça, according to Prime Minister Rama, are part of the urban development segment. EdiRama | Prime Minister:

The area near the stadium will continue to be an open construction site for offices that will accommodate the administration.
"The process for the construction of the new administrative center near the "Selman Stërmasi" stadium that will accommodate 18 institutions, the process for the construction of the new Cadastre building. The new National Library, a competition that will be announced soon," Rama emphasized.
Beyond the capital, Durrës has been designed by the government as the center of sports academies.
"The new Football Academy is under construction, the Manchester City Academy in Durrës, we will soon start the Raffa Nadal academy in Durrës and the Agency is in discussions with the NBA for the NBA Academy in Durrës where we want to create a sports academy destination," added the head of government.
The Prime Minister announced that the Albanian Investment Corporation is also working on the construction of a new parking system not only in the capital, but also on the coast. (A2 Televizion)
