In his column on social networks "SY m'SY", Prime Minister Edi Rama has commented ironically on the creation of new parties in the Albanian political scene. He stated that he is "the youngest and the oldest candidate", referring to the energy and experience that, according to him, are combined in the lists of the Socialist Party.
"Do we need a new party?" Rama quoted a commentator, adding that Albania does not need "imitations of a party that until yesterday was the true third, and today has become a burden and a nuisance."
He described these new parties as "parables that seek to enter the dance and then become predatory."
"The youngest and oldest candidate here is me, in terms of energy. On the SP lists you will find the youngest and the most experienced.
