Prime Minister Edi Rama visited the Tirana Municipality this morning. This is the third time since the arrest of Mayor Erion Veliaj that Rama has visited the most powerful local government institution in Albania.
Two days ago, the prime minister visited the municipality twice and was accompanied by the deputy mayor Anisa Ruseti, who is also the delegate who will lead Tirana temporarily.
Such visits are expected to be frequent by the head of government, as he himself has stated that the capital's municipality will be under his patronage after Veliaj's imprisonment.
Sources inform A2 CNN that Rama will go every morning and hold meetings with the municipality staff and the directors of the institutions under its jurisdiction. (A2 Televizion)
