48 hours after Edi Rama presented the program with which he seeks the votes of Albanians for a fourth term, Sali Berisha accused the head of government of plagiarism. From the blue headquarters, the opposition leader also revealed the reasons that, according to him, prompted Edi Rama to copy the program presented earlier by the Democrats.
"Edi Rama's copying of the DP program came after the dramatic drop in his poll scores, after Albanians followed with disgust his program for herons, lizards, toads and toads, followed with disgust the misuse of the lock to confuse Albanians," said Berisha.
With promises of tax cuts, increased incomes, and benefits for all classes, the democratic leader once again explained the program with which the opposition seeks to return to power, underlining that the economy will be at the center of every move in government.
Berisha promised to review fiscal laws in the first 100 days after taking power and added that any legal changes could only be made to facilitate business, not to make it more difficult.
"A flat tax of 10 percent is imposed on capital. A flat tax of 10 percent on non-salary income. Zero taxation for the liberal professions and small businesses. The annual ceiling for zero profit tax for small businesses. The VAT exemption limit will be 18 million lek annual turnover. VAT will be reduced to 15 percent, the 20 percent taboo will disappear," said the Democrat leader.
Property taxes will also undergo changes.
"The 3 percent social housing tax on the sale price is abolished. It will not exist. The 1 percent development permit fee on the investment value is abolished. The property revaluation fee will be reduced from 5 to 1 percent."
The democratic leader promised that the economic program will come into effect within 3 months of the government, where the living wage of 200 Euros will be approved and the minimum wage will go to 500 Euros.
The seizure of power will take place through the May 11 elections, where Berisha has been hiring Cris Lacivita as campaign strategist for several weeks. The democratic leader claimed that Lacivita will be in Albania very soon, but said that he keeps the date a surprise for only one reason.
Effect - I'm leaving the arrival date as a surprise for Edi Rama so that he can hit his head on the table when he arrives. (A2 Televizion)
