Former KLA fighter Rexhep Selimi has sent a special gift from The Hague to the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama. It is about Skanderbeg's helmet, for which Rama says that he feels touched by this gift.
"Touched by this beautiful gift from the collection of paintings of the KLA fighter Rexhep Selimi, who sent it to me today from The Hague through the Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo".

While thanking Selim, the head of the Albanian government expressed his confidence in ending the ordeal of the suffering of the former members of the KLA in The Hague.
"Thank you very much with gratitude dear friend, I look forward to seeing an end to the increasingly unjustifiable ordeal of holding the four of you hostage there in The Hague."
Rexhep Selimi, who is in The Hague as part of a Special Court proceeding for crimes committed during the war.
Rama has always expressed his support for former KLA fighters in The Hague and for former Prime Minister Hashim Thaçi, who, according to him, are unjustly kept in prison. (A2 Televizion)
