An explosion occurred after midnight near the Kosovo Post Office in Zvecan, where two grenades were thrown. The news was confirmed by the Deputy Director of Police for the Mitrovica Region, Veton Elshani.
According to him, one of the grenades exploded, while the second was neutralized in a controlled manner by the relevant teams. Fortunately, there were no injuries, but material damage was caused.
Kosovo Police have launched investigations to clarify the incident and identify the perpetrators. This incident comes at a tense time in the north of the country, where security institutions are closely monitoring the situation.
