The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, has reacted again after being arrested yesterday by order of SPAK.
Through a post on social media, Veliaj writes that he spent the night without sleep, with the idea that his son would not go to school today, neither with him nor with his wife, Ajola Xoxa, who is under house arrest.
Veliaj also writes that he was forcibly taken away from his family and attacks the prosecutor in the case brought against him, calling him a pervert, who according to him has fabricated a series of false accusations.
The mayor of Tirana also attacks Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha, calling him a corpse and saying that he is behind everything that is happening to him.

The first night in the cell, forcibly taken away from my family and with the idea that this morning my son would not go to school with me or his mother, I spent without sleep in my eyes. The only consolation was that I could not see or hear the dog, which must have attacked me last night in the studios of bites and drools on television.
I wonder what your ears have been hearing yesterday until late and today since dawn in those secret channels. But, I want you to be sure that the story that is being told about me as a corrupt criminal, who hid wealth and laundered money with his wife, is fabricated by a perverted individual, the prosecutor in our case.
For example, he wrote in the hallucinatory indictment that my wife spent over half a million euros on online purchases of dresses and jewelry. This pervert, who asked me about my wife's dresses and told me during the interrogation how he checked on his wife at work, did not want to hear about my and my wife's explanations. The online purchases are all declared and, in an amount several times smaller, were made for the artistic performances of my wife's cultural foundation. Billing that amount in an indictment, as a river of money poured into luxury, is a criminal perversion.
