The Secretary General of the Freedom Party, Tedi Blushi, has denounced SPAK on social media, after he said it violently prevented the President of the PBDNJ, Vangjel Dule, and the MEP, Fredi Beleri, from meeting with the President of the PL, Ilir Meta, in the premises of Prison 313 in Tirana.
According to him, this is done in flagrant violation of the law and human rights, accusing the Special Structure of being a tool of Rama, which cannot be tolerated.
"In flagrant violation of the law and human rights, SPAK has today violently prevented the MP and President of the PBDNJ, Vangjel Dule, and the MEP, Fredi Beleri, from meeting with the President of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, in the premises of prison 313 in Tirana. The law clearly sanctions that institutions for the execution of criminal decisions can be visited without authorization by MPs and MEPs. But SPAK, self-proclaimed above the law, also seriously violates human rights, proving publicly the criminal aspect of this structure, which functions only as a "blind tool" of Edi Rama and "Rilindja". The serious violation of the law by SPAK cannot be tolerated," Blushi writes alongside a photo of Dule and Beleri outside the prison.
Blushi calls on "all state and international institutions, as well as independent organizations that protect human rights, to react forcefully to condemn this scandalous act!"
