Sali Berisha's statement, where he described Edi Rama's meeting with 6,000 Tirana Municipality employees as an anti-meeting, seems to have left a bitter taste in the mouth of the prime minister.
From the podium erected in "Skënderbej" Square, Rama reminded Berisha of the May 11 elections, telling him that "Noc Rroku will come with spring."
Not only that, but the head of government seemed extremely indignant when he paraphrased the words of the Democrats, who said: " Edi Rama has gone crazy ."
"The swamp had announced that we would hold an anti-rally here, they had even made the announcement, Edi Rama went crazy. Now they have also learned Noc Rroku and they tell me, but they don't know that Noc Rroku is when you feel it, not when you say it. Noci will come with spring. Who made the rally that we will hold anti? The governments that held anti-rallys died in 2013 along with their creators who today have the status of monuments of swamp oppositionism," said Rama.
