A court hearing has been underway at the Special Court for several hours to determine the security measure for the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, and other persons involved in this case.
Sources for A2 CNN report that during the hearing, Veliaj's lawyer requested the mayor's release from prison in exchange for a financial guarantee.
