The conditional voting center in Zubin Potok has run out of ballots. Citizens who were waiting to vote were unable to exercise this right.
Some of the elderly were waiting while others decided to leave.
"I came at 11:30 waiting but I couldn't vote because they told us there were no more ballots. I came from the Municipality of Leposavic because they told us there that we should vote here, but we can't vote," says an elderly man.
"I came to vote but I didn't. I've been here since 11:00. I don't know what to do, I'm just watching. Maybe I'll end up not voting at all, who knows," says another citizen.
The head of the conditional voting center in Zubin Potok, Milutin Djukic, said that the case has been reported to the Central Election Commission in Pristina and they are waiting for a solution.
"We ran out of ballots twice during the day, but within half an hour we solved the problem. Now we're running out of ballots again, people are still waiting. We contacted Pristina and they told us we still have to wait, people are waiting outside." (A2 Televizion)
