The echo of the agreement between the three states of Croatia, Albania and Kosovo is still felt and only Serbia made the noise. In an interview for "Ditarin i Kosova" given to A2 CNN journalist Tomorr Avdia, Kosovo's Deputy Minister of Defense Shemsi Syla has clarified for the umpteenth time that this agreement is not for attack, but for defense.
According to Mr. Syla, if it were to show that it is truly a country that guarantees stability in the region, Serbia could very well be part of such an agreement along with others, but if it does not do so, it shows that it has expansionist intentions towards Kosovo.
