"I have no ambitions for president", Thaçi from The Hague: I am not a threat to anyone

The former president of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, has made a statement from the Specialized Chambers in The Hague.

Thaçi, in his opening speech, said that he wants to clarify once again that he is not part of the political race, nor does he have any ambitions for president, prime minister, MP, or any other ambition for any public position, and that does not pose any threat to political life in Kosovo

"Four years ago, in November 2020, charges were filed against me, just 3 months before I was re-elected president. Now, I am not part of the political race nor do I have any political ambitions. I reiterate that I am not an obstacle and I do not present a danger to anyone or to any government project", said Thaçi. (A2 Televizion)
