The United States Embassy in Tirana has announced that it will use a new visa appointment system, starting May 30, 2025.
Through an announcement, the US Embassy in Tirana announced that through the new service, visa applicants will be able to obtain visa information, pay visa application fees, schedule and reschedule visa interview appointments, and receive document submission services.
It is also announced that in order to implement this new system, visa applicants will temporarily be unable to generate payment slips or make changes to their schedules from May 19-29, writes A2 CNN.
The embassy also announces that “all nonimmigrant and immigrant visa interview appointments that are already scheduled, or will be scheduled before May 19, 2025, will remain valid after the new visa appointment system begins. Visa applicants should plan to attend their appointments on the scheduled dates and times.”
