In a post on the Facebook social network, the Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning in Kosovo, Liburn Aliu, announced that the winning company has been announced for the feasibility study for the realization of this work.
The project is expected to cost 700 million euros, and will be financed from the budgets of the two states Albania-Kosovo.
