"The agreement between Italy and Albania on migrant centers raises some human rights concerns and adds to a worrying European trend towards outsourcing of asylum responsibilities".
This is the latest statement of the European Commissioner for Human Rights in the Council of Europe, Dunja Mijatovic, who reacts to the agreement recently signed between the two prime ministers.
"The Protocol on Landings and Processing of Asylum Claims raises a number of important questions about the impact its implementation would have on the human rights of refugees, asylum seekers and migrants," she added. (A2 Televizion)
