Fadil Jakupllari from the village of Rrëmenj in Pogradec is one of those farmers who voted early and then headed to his land with his wife.
Fadil, although dissatisfied with the government, saw voting as a duty and appealed to those in power to pay more attention to agriculture and the well-being of the people.
"We expect something good for the people. Agriculture is a disaster, there is no sewage system at all, there is no water for irrigation," he tells A2 CNN.
Fadil is on the verge of retirement, he says he expects to earn 170 thousand old lek. "I hope to get a little more."
And yet, at the end of the day, with or without help, no one can take his tools from his hands and he will continue to live on his own. (A2 Televizion)
