"This fate will befall all buildings with violations of the construction permit, which, if necessary, will be demolished or confiscated by the state for public functions, while municipal employees who carry out inspections according to the law at every stage of construction and turn a blind eye to violations will be referred to the prosecution for a series of possible criminal offenses," Rama said.
The Prime Minister also announces that "the new territorial control reform will be approved soon . "
According to him, this reform will include "new austerity measures and administrative and criminal liability even for "infiltrators" who are paid with Albanian taxes, such as inspectors and municipal chiefs, police officers and chiefs, and so on . "
