In Tirana, as in all regions of the country, the counting of preferential votes has begun, where from the Socialist Party, which is fielding 7 deputies from the open list with 189 boxes counted from 1282 VCs in total, Blendi Gonxhja, Fatmir Xhafaj, Ervin Hoxha, Ornaldo Rakipi, Erion Braçe, Antonela Dedej and Anila Denaj are currently entering the new Parliament.
It seems that the introduction of a veteran of the Socialist Party like Erion Braçe has been well received by the Democratic Party's counters, as an unusual performance came from one of them in CEAZ no. 5 in the capital, at the Vasil Shanto school premises.
In this CEAZ, the votes of unit 5 are being counted, one of the largest in Tirana, known as the "granary" of votes for the SP, while Erion Braçe was specifically assigned to campaign there.
According to videos received by A2 CNN's editorial office, one of the PD counters loudly calls out Braça's name as he continues the work process.
